This is a commission piece for artist and friend Montserrat Messalles. It marks my comeback to painting after two hard years of the pandemic, health difficulties and personal things blurring my life and career. The pandemic has affected us all, lives were lost, mental health destroyed and many experienced (and many still are) financial issues. These are indeed, difficult times and we have to use what we have seen and experimented, to create more sustainable ways of being and living.
